Project: Celestica Sustainability Report (82 pages)
Frequency: Once a year
Specialty: Celestica’s Sustainability Reports highlight the company’s key activities and milestones in the areas of employee sustainability, environmental sustainability, sustainable solutions, and sustainable communities. Proofreading the 120 pages of each final PDF for style and usage for consistency across each document: use of capitalization for specialized terms and titles; expression of numbers; correct spellings of cities, towns, and countries; consistency in punctuation; checking for consistency in heads, subheads, figure/illustration numbers and captions; proofing table of contents, cover and back cover, and pagination.
