The Editing Company welcomes résumés from trained, experienced, sharp-eyed editors and proofreaders. We expect that you know the meaning of consistency, can handle detail, know reference materials inside and out, can spot typos and other unsuspecting errors, and have a good sense of what’s going on in the world. Our clients demand high-quality performance, and so do we.
Do you have strong academic editing skills and strong non-fiction editing skills? And do you have training and experience? These are essentials we look for in an editor.
