Project: THINK: The Ordinary and Extraordinary Every Day
THINK is a semi-annual publication featuring articles written by Jewish day school educators on integrated Jewish education, critical themes on raising children today and the interactions of school and community. Each issue focuses on a specific theme such as science, the environment, learning and belonging, inspiring social justice, art and creativity.
This issue of THINK explores the every day and the exceptional. The articles include:
- Jewish Songbook of the Soul by Greg Beiles
- Modeh Ani: I Give Thanks to You by Daniel Held
- Here I am! Hineni! by Rabbi Joseph Kanofsky
- Learning from the Masters by Lisa Sheps
- Let's Prescribe Nature by Erin Silverstein
- The Bedtime Hour by Ava Kwinter
Service: For each issue, TEC copy edits the articles for style, grammar, and punctuation; keeps spelling of specialized Hebrew terms consistent; and creates footnote citations for quotations used in the text. TEC then proofreads the final PDF of each issue, checking for consistency in italics; checking heads and subheads, captions and credits; proofing front matter and table of contents.
