U of T Med Magazine
Client: University of Toronto Faculty of Medicine (2015–present)
Project: U of T Med Magazine (40 pages)
Frequency: Twice a year
Speciality: The award-winning U of T Med Magazine explores medicine’s most pressing topics through bold, compelling, and relevant stories, focusing on key themes in each issue: mental health of physicians, the legalization of cannabis, the role of humour. We proofread each issue’s final pages/PDF for consistency in style and usage, spelling of medical terms, fact checking proper names, dates, and references. Making sure call-outs and graphic elements are set according to magazine style; checking table of contents; proofing back and front covers; checking captions and photo credits; checking pagination.
